If Jack Welch wanted to do something decent about unemployment, he would ask all of his buddies of the big corporations to give back to the share holders at least 75 percent of corporate profits, which belongs to the stock holders, that they are hoarding. The share holders would spend the money which would really get the economy moving and drop the unemployment rate below 5 percent.
