125,000 new jobs are needed each month to take care of the new people entering the work force for the first time; but you need to consider that over 300,000 people are retiring and leaving the work force each month.

The real unemployment rate is under Eight percent. There are between twelve and fifteen million people who are in the “Under Ground” work force. Most of them would not take a job in the regular work force if offered one. Under Ground Employers do not pay Social Security or Medicare benefits.
