Get them to sign your contract stating what they are going to do and how much you are going to pay. No fine print. Have them write it on a plain sheet of paper; take it to the nearest bank. All of the banks have people who can notarize their signature. Don’t sign their contract unless you have your lawyer present. You will not know what the fine print means. Three Steps: 1. TRUST. 2.
