‘OBAMACARE’ SHOULD BE JUDGED ON ITS MERIT, NOT WHETHER PEOPLE SHOULD EAT BROCCOLI

The Supreme Court should judge ‘Obamacare’ on its merit. Congress would probably never pass a law requiring people to eat broccoli or run a mile for their health. They would be more likely to pass a law requiring every one to go to a Mormon Church on Saturday.

Will John Roberts vote against ‘Obamacare’ to get even with Obama for voting against him?

Isn’t Social Security a mandate for employed people?

Isn’t paying Income Tax a mandate for people who make money?

If the Supreme Court rules against “Obamacare”, will they not open a can of worms that they will not be able to put back in the can?
