THERE ARE NO PREREQUISITES. You don’t have to be eighteen. You don’t have to have a high school diploma. WHAT IS REQUIRED is that you have a computer, Internet access, a legal name, address and an ID number to be issued when you register. You must be able to read English and should posses a GENUINE DESIRE to get an education.

If you do not have a computer, the public library will let you use theirs.

If you already have a College Degree, you can get a Master’s Degree by following the Course of Study and doing a Master’s Thesis. If you have a Master’s Degree, you can get a Doctor of Philosophy by following the Course of Study and doing a Doctoral  Dissertation.

In order to earn credit, you must follow the instructions as they pertain to all lessons, completing the reading and video assignments, and compose a one page essay  on each lesson based on your own ideas and ideas of others. You will not be bogged down by having to remember Dates, Facts, and Figures. There are no test to take. You will have a clear mind for learning.

You will follow a COURSE of STUDY that will take you on a CHRONOLOGICAL JOURNEY  from the inception of the Universe to the Present. This march through time will review the contribution of Great Individuals, their ideas and concepts, Great World Events, and Great Philosophical and Scientific Ideas – along with the impact these revelations and innovations had on civilization and are still having today.

According to Dr. Albert Edward Wiggam, if you wish to become an educated person– you will ask yourself the three questions below every day of your life. If you rigidly ask and answer them, they will come to your aid in solving every problem and become the background of your clearest and most effective thinking.

The ABC’s of Education:

A. DO I REALLY WANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT POLITICS, BUSINESS, SCIENCE, RELIGION, MORALS, AND LIFE, OR DO I MERELY WANT TO PROVE THAT THE NOTIONS I ALREADY HAVE ABOUT THESE THINGS ARE CORRECT?

B. AM I WILLING TO LAY ASIDE THE CONVICTIONS OF A LIFE TIME AND ALL THE TRADITIONS AND BELIEFS OF HISTORY, AND ALL THE CUSTOMS OF MY SOCIAL CLASS WHEN I COME INTO THE PRESENCE OF A NEW FACT, LONG ENOUGH TO FIND OUT WHETHER OR NOT THIS NEW FACT OUGHT TO CHANGE MY POINT OF VIEW?

C. HAVE I EVER, WITHOUT MENTAL RESERVATION, PREJUDICE, BIAS, SET NOTIONS AND DOGMAS, SURRENDERED MY HEART AND MIND COMPLETELY TO THE EXAMINATION OF THE REASONS FOR MY MOST CHERISHED OPINIONS; THAT IS, HAVE I SURRENDERED MY HEART AND MIND COMPLETELY TO AN ACCEPTANCE OF THE TRUTH, WHEREVER IT LEADS ME?

The greatest part of any education is the ability to read. If you can read, the earth and everything that’s in it is yours on a silver platter.  You don’t need a teacher to learn about everything. Great people of the past were self-educated.This website makes it easy for you by linking you directly to the information on each lesson.

LESSONS ARE IN NUMERICAL ORDER; GREAT EVENTS, GREAT INDIVIDUALS, AND GREAT IDEAS ARE IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER.
