WHAT MAKES AMERICA GREAT??

We only need two more good socialistic programs: universal healthcare and a reserve retraining workforce that no one would ever be unemployed except on a volunteer basis.

America is great because she has a mixed economic system of capitalism and socialism; called mixturism. I am not against capitalism. I am for capitalism and socialism, because each plays a vital part in making America great along with America’s Democracy, Constitution, and an individual Bill of Rights. For the purpose of this article, we will say if it’s privately owned and controlled; that’s capitalism. If it is owned and controlled by Governments (any Government); that’s socialism.

I am going to name you all of the socialistic things that play a role in America’s economic system: All Governments; all city, county, state, and federal Governments are socialistic. All the city streets, sidewalks, red lights, police departments, and fire departments are socialistic. All the county roads, streets, stop signs, and red lights are socialistic. The sheriff’s department is socialistic. All of the county public high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens are socialistic. All of the state highways, bridges, stop signs, and red lights are socialistic. All of the state universities, colleges, and trade schools are socialistic. The interstate highway system is socialistic. TVA is socialistic. The Post Office is socialistic. The Army, The Navy, The Marine Corps, The Coast Guard, and The Air Force are socialistic. The CIA, The FBI, and Homeland Security are socialistic. Social Security, Medicare, TennCare, Medicaid, Food Stamps, and public housing are socialistic, VA, GI Bill, vocational rehabilitation, Social Security disability and Social Security for dependent children

Socialism contributes at least half of what makes America great and don’t forget the over 150,000,000 people who go to work every day producing goods and services. Over 72,000,000 people get government checks every month, and these people pour billions of dollars into the economy every day. Where would America’s economy be without what these government checks add to the economy??

Where are we going to get the money to pay for universal health care?? The same place we get the money to pay for Social Security, Medicare, and private insurance. Look at your paycheck! You are paying a certain percentage of your earnings and so is your employer. It is all paid for by you and your employer. Universal health care will cut the insurance companies out, which will make the costs a whole lot cheaper.

The unemployment rate is coming down and will continue to come down because 300,000 people are retiring each month and we only need 150,000 new jobs for the people coming into the workforce for the first time. The arithmetic is quite simple.

WHERE WE CAN GET A TRILLION DOLLARS FOR INFRASTRUCTURE

Congress should pass a law making public traded corporations pay 50% of their quarterly earnings to the shareholders. Since public traded corporations are supposed to be working for the shareholders, the shareholders should be getting their share of the quarterly profits back each quarter. The time has long passed for corporations to get away with the dishonest ways that they treat their shareholders. If corporations paid 50% in dividends to the shareholders, the US Government would not need to borrow any money to balance its budget. The government would have plenty of money to pay back all its debt with the taxes the shareholders have not been paying.
Warren Buffett, who is the majority shareholder in Berkshire Hathaway corporations, often brags about his secretary paying more in taxes than he does and there is a damn good reason why that’s true. Berkshire Hathaway earns in excess of $10,000 per share, per quarter, and pays out absolutely none of those earnings to the shareholders. If Berkshire Hathaway paid dividends of 50% back to the shareholders, Warren Buffett would be earning, in dividends, billions of dollars; of which he would have to pay income tax on. That is the reason why he does not declare a dividend.
The other minority stock holders have a right to their share of those dividends which are denied them by Warren Buffet because he controls the corporation. The story is the same for other companies such as Facebook, Google, Amazon, etc.; all of which pay 0% dividends to the shareholders. When a corporation goes public, the owner of that business keeps the majority of the shares and sells the minority of the shares for millions and billions of dollars; which they can then pocket. The minority stock holders then are denied their fair share of the earnings of the corporation, so the majority stock holder will have to pay little or no taxes.
The minority stock holders only have a chance to make money if they are lucky enough to sell the stock for more than what they paid for it. But when they sell the stock, it is gone, when they should be able to make money off the earnings of the corporation without having to sell the stock. If corporations paid back to the shareholders each quarter 50% of the earnings, they would still have 50% to invest in the growth of the company. Whether the stock was up or down would depend on the earnings of the corporation rather than the direction the wind was blowing on a particular day.
The program buyers in after-hours trading get together and divvy up all of the earnings that they made, by driving the stock market up and down; off of the people who had to sell, because they couldn’t take the loss when the stock goes down. Then these buyers pick the stock up for little more than a song. The people that really get screwed when the stock prices fall are those who buy stock on margin and are forced to sell it. People like Warren Buffet will take all of their money out of the corporation and put it into a “charitable organization,” which their families will then control as long as the sun shines. This allows them not to pay taxes, and occasionally they will give a few million dollars away, making them seem like upstanding great people.
Corporations should do three things. 1.) Pay their employees, whose sweat produces the goods and services, a decent wage. 2.) Give back to the shareholders 50% of quarterly earning each quarter, which would be worth a lot of money to the shareholders. 3.) Take 50% of the earnings and invest them in the growth of the company; that way the shareholders can make even more money. You can help get Congress to pass a law requiring corporations to give you your fair share of your earnings.
The dream of the majority of Americans is to have a few dollars left after they pay all their bills so they can take their families out to dinner, on vacation, have money for a rainy day, and put towards retirement.
If every person working for minimum wages became a billionaire, who would Starbucks get to pour their 7 dollar a cup of coffee?

The 30 essentials for living are: a roof over your head, clothes on your back, food on the table, a car, education, healthcare, alarm clock, lights on, water running, a working toilet, air conditioning, stove, refrigerator, dish washer, washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, coffee pot, bath tub, shower, furniture, linens and things, tv set, computer, house phone, cell phone, vacuum cleaner, vacation, toilet paper, and a job or income that will provide these essentials for living. All of these are possible now. Why wait? The sad part of all is that the rate of cost for any of these essentials cost the same whether you make $10,000 a year or $1,000,000 a year.

It won’t have much of an effect on anything else. We need to make sure that the news media pushes Donald Trump’s feet into the fire. All the platforms, especially those that were created by the Democrats such as unemployment benefits, social security, and workman’s compensation, he is just using to say how great “I ARE”. Thanks to Bernie Sanders withdrawing from the presidential race, Joe Biden (and potentially Kamala Harris) can have a news conference every day pointing out the faults of Donald Trump. Could it be that God is punishing Republicans for all of the things they have opposed; such as Obamacare? Ronald Reagan thought that the aids virus was something God sent to punish homosexuals and he twiddled his thumbs on that for a long time just like Donald Trump twiddled his thumbs at the Corona Virus. God should punish people like Frank Graham and his followers for putting an immoral person like Donald Trump in the White House. What did Jesus say about false prophets? FORTY TWO YEARS AGO, I published my first book on The Philosophy of Mixturism called UTOPIA NOW. Unlike most Utopias which call for the abolishment of private enterprise, I called for a mixture of private and public enterprise called MIXTURISM.
Public enterprise should hold in common that which is in common: the infrastructure. The infrastructure should consist of all governments, roads, bridges, sewer systems, public education, public health care for all, the Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marine corps, FBI, CIA, Home Land Security, the medium of exchange, and many other things that are in common. Private enterprise can thrive without having to worry about the infrastructure.

If the Five Finger Agenda were adopted, we could have a UTOPIA NOW for everyone.

THE FIVE FINGER MIXTURIST (Mix-TUR-ist) AGENDA

1.ADEQUATE MONETARY SYSTEM: The three functions of the Federal Reserve private banking system to lower or raise discount rates, to buy or sell securities on the open market, to lower or raise the reserve requirements for member banks are inadequate for maintaining a balanced money supply at all times. By adding a FOURTH AND A FIFTH FUNCTION to the monetary system, a balanced money supply could be achieved. The fourth function would index the PAYROLL TAX on a scale of 1 to 10 which would bring a better balance. The index could be lowered when more money is desired in the consumers pockets and raised when less is needed. NEW MONEY WOULD BE CREATED TO MAKE UP THE DEFICIT, NOT BORROWED FROM CHINA OR ANYONE ELSE. A fifth function could be added by using Article !, Section 8, of the Constitution to coin money and regulate the value there of, and then– BYPASS THE FEDERAL RESERVE PRIVATE BANKING INDUSTRY and give the money to the Treasury Department. The Treasury could fund infrastructure work, and give money to the states to help them fund programs. States gave up there right to create money when they joined the United States of America.

The American people needs to know that banks BUY and SELL money like all other businesses do; that when a bank pays 2 percent for money and sell it for 8 percent, the banks make 400 percent gross profit and not 6 percent like they would like for you to think. If a merchant pays two dollars for a candy bar and sells it for eight dollars, the gross profit would be 400 percent just like a bank buying money for two dollars and selling it for eight dollars. The gross profit would be 400 percent. Banks are engaged in Loan sharking! ANY INTEREST RATE OVER FIVE PERCENT IS USURY.

CONGRESS NEEDS TO CREATE NEW MONEY EACH YEAR EQUIVALENT TO THE INCREASE IN THE GREED INDEX WHICH IS CALLED INFLATION. INFLATION IS AN EUPHEMISM FOR THEFT. GREED WITH A PRICE MARKER DEVALUES MONEY. Article 1, Section 8, of the Constitution gives Congress three way to raise money: taxation, borrowing money, and most important coining money and regulating the value. Congress uses a two leg stool when the stool has three legs. ONLY CONGRESS HAS THE CONSTITUTIONAL POWER TO CREATE MONEY, NOT THE FEDERAL RESERVE PRIVATE BANKING SYSTEM.

2.RESERVE RETRAINING WORK FORCE: The greatest problem facing America is EMPLOYMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT. This problem can be PERMANENTLY solved by establishing a Reserve Retraining Work force. Everyone would be in the regular work force or in the Reserve-Retraining Work force. All unemployment would be by choice.
It wouldn’t matter which side of the track you were born on, you would go to school free, and in some case the unemployed would get paid a living wage while going to school. Any one could go as far as their mind will let them by making passing grades. Employment offices would mean what they say: employment or education with pay. When old jobs are no longer needed, people must be re-trained for new jobs and get paid while being re-trained.With 300,000 people retiring each month and with the need for only 150,000 new jobs for new people coming into the work force, we should be having a problem with employment instead of unemployment..

3. ALL AMERICANS WHO WANT TO OWN A HOME SHOULD BE ABLE TO, REGARDLESS OF INCOME. The Federal Government should endow a HOME LOAN FUND, so anyone making below average wages could borrow money to finance a home at an interest rate from 1% to 2% FOR UP TO
50 YEARS. The Federal Government must become a competitor of the banking industry. Public enterprise has as much right to exist as does private enterprise. The Constitution call for a form of MIXTURISM: business and government working together to meet the needs and desires of all the people.

4. HEALTH CARE SYSTEM: Since the average health care cost for an average five day stay in a hospital is about $10,000, the Federal Government could pay all claims over $10,000 for only 32 billion dollars per 1 trillion dollars of total health care cost. Without having to worry about claims for over $10,000, small businesses and small organizations could self-insure which would put real competition in the insurance industry where none now exist. THIS WILL LEAD TO A SINGLE PAY UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE SYSTEM. Obama Care is a giant step toward Universal Health Care. Paying all claims over $10,000 is the next best step. Public enterprise has as much right to exist as does private enterprise. All the Government wants and needs to do is provide the money to pay for health care. The Government doesn’t want to own doctors or hospitals. It just wants to make sure doctors and hospitals get paid.

5. A FIRST CLASS EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM CAN BEST BE ESTABLISHED BY HAVING THE TEACHER BECOME THE DIRECTOR OF A PLANNED PROGRAM THAT WILL REACH ALL OBJECTIVES DESIRED USING THE BEST OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY. WE COULD SPEND A FEW MILLION DOLLARS ON EVERY COURSE BEING TAUGHT IN HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE THAT WOULD TEACH EVERY THING KNOWN ON THE SUBJECT BY EXPERTS WHICH WOULD COST A LOT LESS THAN WHAT WE ARE NOW SPENDING ON EDUCATION, AND IT WOULD ALLOW ALL TEACHERS TO DO A SUPER JOB OF TEACHING. Every person regardless of which side of the track they were born on; they should go to school free as far as their mind will take them. We could create an On Line Digital University with the greatest teachers and make it free to anyone willing to do the work…THE GREATEST PART OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE IS EDUCATION.

Philosophy of Mixturism

Mixturism is a mixing of private and public enterprise in any activity of a socio-economic system without any fixed ratio so that the needs of all people in the society can be met and progress promoted for all the people. The mixing of private and public enterprise, or the partnership of private and public enterprise, can solve all economic problems for people.

If public enterprise can do a better job than private enterprise in any area of endeavor, then let public enterprise do the job. When private enterprise can do a better job than public enterprise, then public enterprise must give way to private enterprise. When neither private nor public enterprise by itself can fill the vacuum that exists in economic development, then private and public enterprise must form a partnership to fill the vacuum. Meeting the needs of all the people must be the determining factor as to which enterprise, private, public or joint private and public enterprise is used. Private enterprise should own the means of production and distribution; public enterprise should provide the infrastructure such as: roads, bridges, education, heath insurance, Social Security,military, post office, employer of last resort and all the things it presently does and more.

The idea that the use of one economic system can meet the needs of all the people is absurd. In order to encompass the different abilities, needs and desires of all people, economic systems must be flexible.

Mixturism unlike other “isms,” does not put people into straight jackets as they try to solve their economic problems. Other “isms” allow for only certain methods to be used in solving problems and limit the number of solutions acceptable to the “isms.”
In Mixturism, the solution to the problem is deemed more important than the method used to find the solution or the method by which the solution is put into operation.

The use of Mixturism would not destroy any system that presently exists, but would call for the use of what is good in all systems in order to solve problems.

Mixturism would inject enough private enterprise into those economic systems which do not primarily use private enterprise in order to provide incentives that are needed to motivate people to develop their economy for their own benefit, as well as for the benefit of all people.

The chief goal of people is to live their duration on earth in the “best possible fashion.” Progress, or achievement of the “best possible fashion,” is anything, which leads to every person having the best of all goods, and services that are needed for quality living.
Governments have three main functions: First, to guarantee the rights and freedoms of its people; second, to provide a political and economic system whereby the people can have quality living; and third, provide their part of a UN peace keeping force strong enough to guarantee peach on earth.

Any government, which does not guarantee its people the means to obtain jobs at wages high enough for quality living, has fallen short of its duty to its people. Through the philosophy of Mixturism and the understanding of Nature’s Basic Law of Economics, a government can provide and guarantee quality living for all its people by creating a Reserve-Retraining Work Force which would eliminate unemployment. The question that must be asked: are there people resources and natural resources available to produce goods and services? If the answer is yes, governments or private enterprises must produce the capital that is needed to bring together these resources so the goods and services needed and desired can be produced. Article 1, Section 8, of the Constitution gives Congress the power it needs to by-pass the Federal Reserve (a private banking system) and create the money the Government needs, without out borrowing money. All people live today, not some times in the future. Why should any percentage of the people have to wait for better economic times just to have the 30 essentials for living when it would be so easy?

Nature’s Basic Law of Economics

Nature’s Basic Law of Economics states: there are only two kinds of resources—people resources and natural resources. All goods and services are produced when people resources work with natural resources. As long as these two resources are available, there is no reason for not producing the goods and services needed and wanted by the people of the world.

Money should be used as a medium of exchange to facilitate the exchange of people’s productivity. If there is a shortage of money, governments have the responsibility to supply the money necessary.

There is no excuse for a depression or a recession unless some natural disaster renders the combination of people resources and natural resources unworkable.

It is not a natural disaster that afflicts the world. The disaster is the result of the abysmal ignorance of government officials concerning Nature’s Basic Law of Economics. That disaster has names such as “recession,” “inflation,” “welfare,” “unemployment,” “crime,” and “poverty.” Bringing together people resources and natural resources in full employment at quality wages is the first task of government officials—when they learn Nature’s Basic Law of Economics, the whole world will benefit.

People talk of everything in terms of money, when they should be talking in terms of people resources and natural resources.
Instead of asking how much money a thing will cost, the question should be, how many people and how much in natural resources will be required to produce the good and service? To think of money only as a commodity instead of as a medium of exchange is to make money a barrier to economic prosperity. Money should be used to exchange the goods and services people produce, not impede the flow of economic life.

One often hears, “I’m tired of the Government spending my tax dollars on welfare programs and space flights, etc.” A person making such a statement probably does not realize that we live in an interdependent world. Such a statement reflects the philosophy of money as a commodity, not money as a medium of exchange. A welfare recipient, for example, serves a useful economic purpose—providing employment for “bureaucrats” and spending power for the “bureaucrats” and the welfare recipient. The recipient of government money from space programs, to use a parallel, is also providing the community with the power to exchange goods and services. Instead of the complaint that the government makes to many dollars available, the complaint should be that the government makes too few dollars available.

A GRAND UNIFYING THEORY ABOUT EVERYTHING: A DISCOVERY OF THE UNIFYING INFINITESIMAL PARTICLES AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP TO THE ORGANIZATION AND BEHAVIOR OF ALL MATTER…                                            First published in 1998

When hydrogen is converted into helium in the sun by nuclear fusion, the lost mass is smashed into billions of infinitely small particles of many sizes. The smallest of all particles, the unifying infinitesimal particles, are the ones that organize and control the behavior of all matter. The unifying infinitesimal particles leave the sun at 186, 000 miles per second forming the light waves out of particles that carry light (photons) and packets of particles (quanta) to all objects in the solar system creating electro-gravitational-magnets out of all the objects.

Electricity, gravity, and magnetism are three aspects of the same thing. They encompass all the weak, strong, and color forces. If one side of a coin is electricity, the other side is magnetism and the substance of the coin is gravity.

The unifying infinitesimal particles from suns organize and control all matter whether in uniform motion or in a state of chaos, whether in our solar system or the trillions of other solar systems teeming with life throughout the universe.

If we give the smallest particle a value of one, the value of the largest particle the size of a period at the end of this sentence would be one trillion. Divide and subdivide the period a trillion times, and you will be at the smallest particle.

All the laws of biology, chemistry, physics, sociology, psychology, and mathematics are valid throughout the universe. The speed of light and e=mc2 are universal values.

The universe is eternal; it had no beginning; it will have no end; it was not created by any gods or Gods. There have been innumerable big bangs in the past, and there will too many in the future to count. This solar system is a microcosm of the universe. We do not need to find life on mars or the moons of Jupiter to know there is life on other planets; all we need to do is look on planet earth, and put the book of Genesis on the same shelf with Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy. When the Sun began, it was the beginning of earth and the life that followed. Light waves made of particles do not penetrate rock, but unifying infinitesimal particles penetrate and organize even particles that make up atoms. Everything is transparent to unifying infinitesimal particles.

When the nuclear fires of fusion were lit in the sun, it was the beginning of all things to come: past, present and future. THE UNIFYING INFINITESIMAL PARTICLE IS THE GRAND UNIFYING THEORY THAT NEEDS NO MATHEMATICAL FORMULA TO BE UNDERSTOOD.

Science will never be over, but always at a new beginning. Nanotechnology, neuroscience, and the separation and manipulation of the unifying infinitesimal particles will be the way of the future. We will be sending communications through the earth to anywhere on earth or anywhere in the universe by way of the infinitesimal particles. We will be able to receive communications and understand them now being sent by way of infinitesimal particles from life on other planets in the universe.

Gravitational engines will turn generators to produce electricity; water from the oceans will be distilled; ground water will be replaced; deserts will bloom; tropical fruit will be grown in greenhouses on the north pole.

One day we will understand that everything in the universe is born out of suns, and suns are born out of suns. We will understand that we are all made out of star dust.

The speed of light may be the fastest thing in the Universe that can be measured, but a thought is faster. By the use of knowledge, mathematics, scientific instruments, and the mind’s ability to synthesize all the information received through the five senses, you can travel to other galaxies which are hundreds of light years away in seconds without getting out of your chair.

22 COMMANDMENTS NOT FROM HEAVEN BUT FROM EARTH

These Commandments Were Not Given To Me By Any Gods; they Are My Own Opinions and Perceptions of business, economics, education, evolution, hate, history, health care, love, life, morals, philosophy, politics, religions, social customs, and science. I promise you no heaven if you follow these Commandments or no hell if you don’t.

1.) Take thought not only for yourself of what you shall eat or what you shall drink or wherewith you shall be clothed and sheltered; but take thought also of how your fellow person shall eat, drink, be clothed and sheltered. By demanding the economic, social, and intellectual well-being of your fellow person, you guarantee your own.

2.) Be your fellow people’s keeper. In an interdependent world where even the buttons on your clothing and the soles on your shoes were probably not made by you, remember that the hundreds of item you enjoy every day were made by the labors of others the world over. Your happiness and well-being depend on the happiness and well-being of all people on planet Earth.

3.) Have peace on Earth by making certain there is a free path that leads from your door to anywhere on planet Earth you choose to go.

4.) Thou shalt not assault your fellow person with hand or weapon, except in self-defense.

5.) Thou shalt not kill; neither shalt thou antagonize other people to kill you.

6.) Be perceptive of how your fellow people wish to be treated; then treat them accordingly.

7.) Be not deceived about money. It is a medium of exchange, not a commodity. It is a fact: All goods and services are provided by the sweat of someone’s brow.

8.) Be not deceived about death. Death is inevitable, and life is precarious. Do what you can. Think of other ways to do what you cannot, but do not worry about what you cannot do.

9.) Be not narrow-minded about labels, isms, slogans or clichés. Use your mind to select the best mixture from the good in all things.

10.) Do not overlook the two normal yet beautiful aspects of life: (1) Life is a process which has a natural beginning and a natural ending. (2) Your purpose in life is to write your own script, including your fellow people as co-stars. You alone play the starring role.

11.) Thou shalt not steal; neither shall you make it necessary for your fellow person to steal by collectively denying him or her the right to a job.

12.) Thou shalt not lie; language must be for communication, not for deception.

13.) Be not completely opposed to new ideas. The inability to adapt to change is certain to bring a person’s downfall, since all things are continually evolving and dissolving. An idea can be sufficient for reaching a plateau, but it may not sustain forever that plateau.

14.) Children, obey your parents; they have your best interest in mind. Parents, be sure you always have your children’s best interest in mind. Love, protect, educate, and provide for whom you are responsible and care about all children of planet earth as you do your own. Make sure your government does what you can’t do by yourself.

15.) Blessed are they who are in the position of giving, rather than having to receive.

16.) Be ye, therefore, an optimist. Rid your mind of fear, jealousy, hate, revenge, greed, superstition, anger, worry, animosity, pessimism and violence.

17.) Thou shalt strive for natural immortality of the species. Use your mind to find a way to leave this planet and travel to another one when this planet becomes uninhabitable.

18.) Be not deceived by devils and gods, they are merely creations of people; people are the measure of all things both good and bad. You don’t have to be godly, or Godly to be good. Seek wisdom, justice, courage, and moderation.

19.) Thou shalt not rape or violate the age of consent.

20.) Thou shalt not pollute the air, land, water or space of Planet Earth or any other part of the Solar System.

21.) Be not deceived by esoteric claims of Angles, Devils, Gods, Prophets, and those who tell you that you were born in sin and need to be forgiven, just lies so your life can be sacrificed to the follies of war and hate. Put these questions to thine own mind and seek to find the truth: Do I want to know the truth about everything or just prove that the ideas I already have about these things are correct? Can I lay aside the convictions of a life-time when I come into the presence of a new fact to find out whether or not it ought to change my point of view? Can I accept the truth wherever it leads? You were born good without any sin of yourself or anyone who came before you.

22.) Be a good citizen. Obey the law. Make all of your protest peaceful!

What if the world gave up on mythology and became humanists?

SHOULDN’T THOSE WHO DO EVIL IN THE NAME OF A GOD HAVE TO PROVE THE EXISTENCE OF THAT GOD AND BE CHARGED WITH THE CRIMES THAT THOSE WHO TAKE THEIR ADVICE COMMIT?
